Job Description
You will lead the execution of complex, cross-functional programs that drive the development of advertising features, systems and data products. Coordinate work across engineering, product, data science, and cross-company and external partners to deliver scalable, privacy-compliant solutions in areas like targeting, attribution, bidding, and measurement. As a TPM, you’ll play a key role in influencing system design, driving architectural alignment, and ensuring program goals are met on time.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working with global and remote teams, and provide clear updates to stakeholders. Success requires strong program leadership, risk management, and a deep understanding of how technical and business priorities intersect in advertising. Manage roadmaps for ad tech and data platform initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and external partners. Manage communication of technical requirements, changes in project scope. Report progress, escalate risks, and highlight achievements. Drive architectural alignment and coordinate engineering teams across orgs to deliver scalable ad features. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and privacy regulations. Manage system risks and dependencies and mitigate technical delivery risks. Continuously refine delivery processes and optimize workflows across engineering, data science, and product management teams.
