Job Description
In this role you will:
- Interact with large, complex accounts to support patient access within aligned therapeutic area product(s).
- Proactively provide education on programs to providers and staff to support integration of products into office processes and workflows.
- Analyze account reimbursement issues and identify trends at local, regional, and national levels.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating policy changes or issues that could potentially affect other departments.
- Maintaining expertise in the regional and local access landscape.
- Collaborating with cross-functional associates to share insights on customer needs and barriers.
Essentials for success:
- Strategic account management experience using a proactive approach to anticipate access hurdles impacting accounts and patient access.
- Deep expertise and experience integrating manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs.
- Knowledge of reimbursement pathways
