Associate, Retirement Plan Administration (Testing)

Year end testing for DC plans, answer questions from the client service team on retirement plan subjects, assist with plan terminations and EPCRS corrections, and provide consulting services to sponsor and advisors as needed. The Retirement Plan Administration (RPA) team is responsible for the compliance testing, government reporting, plan terminations, and retirement plan compliance for Vestwell’s bundled clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is able to manage their own block of responsibilities, confidently answer retirement plan questions and collaborate with the team to improve workstreams. The team ensures cross-functional alignment in iterating and executing the annual retirement plan administration process, overseeing the retirement plan compliance of Vestwell’s clients and driving product improvements.
