Procurement and Inventory Coordinator

At CSI Pharmacy (CSI), they are on a mission to provide Specialty Pharmacy services to patients with chronic and rare illnesses in need of complex care. The Procurement and Inventory Specialist understands purchasing-related processes and general pharmacy warehouse responsibilities. You will work closely with purchasing associates at sites for any procurement / inventory processes and issues, order medications and supplies using relevant internal software and outside vendor ordering platforms, and ensure equipment is kept within regulatory standards. Maintains accurate tracking of procurement and inventory items using Monday.com or other software, updates equipment status, and ensures site compliance. You will also review Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) requirements and assist sites with EPCIS file error resolution. Additionally, you will act as a backup to the Director of Procurement and maintain drug pricing tools.
