Responsibilities:
- Establish vision, strategy, and success metrics for Customer Support and Integrity Security with partner teams.
- Lead technical direction and roadmap execution to reduce security risk for support agents and tooling.
- Design and operationalize security controls across internal and third-party support populations.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of security engineering experience in enterprise or infrastructure security.
- Experience designing security solutions for support/sales populations, including call centers and BPOs.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and infrastructure tools like Terraform.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $193,800 - $285,000 USD plus equity grants.
