Candidates will design, optimize, and maintain ETL processes ensuring consistent and scalable data flows. They are expected to build and maintain SQL structures for use in BigQuery, guaranteeing the efficiency and performance of queries. The role includes extracting and transforming data from various sources, collaborating in the migration and optimization of pipelines in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), automating data integration tasks, and documenting architectures and processes.
