TPOs ensure the technical feasibility of features, address technical debt, and align technical solutions with business objectives. They own and groom the technical backlog, prioritizing features and functionalities based on technical constraints and dependencies, ensuring clarity and technical feasibility. Provides technical consultation in developing and executing the product roadmap, ensuring technical excellence and addressing technical debt.
