Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and visual analytics products.
Apply Data Visualization: Power BI expertise to produce clear, usable reporting for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Build and sustain Power Apps and Power Platform solutions to improve workflow efficiency and data capture.

Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or Power BI development.
3+ years of hands-on technical development experience writing reusable code or logic in SQL, DAX, Power Query/M, or similar.
Federal experience required, including supporting programs and reporting needs in government environments.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience supporting VA or DHO, including ServiceNow reporting or data structures.
Experience with Databricks, enterprise data platforms, or modern data pipeline concepts.
Experience developing executive-level dashboards and maintaining technical documentation.
