Job Description
Drive go-to-market strategy, validate demand, and shape the Propel brand, being a core part of the founding team. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Propel People team to test early hypotheses, build repeatable growth engines, and reach the construction leaders. This is a hands-on role for a full-stack growth marketer who can think strategically and execute tactically across digital, content, and community channels. Collaborate with the Propel People team to design and execute experimentation plans. Develop an annual growth marketing strategy. Lead paid digital acquisition directly in Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid media platforms. Plan and produce organic content (social posts, articles, newsletters).
