Job Description
Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test frameworks using Java and related technologies. Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test suites to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of our software products. Collaborate with software engineers to ensure testability of code and incorporate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the testing team, fostering a culture of quality and excellence. Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to the creation of comprehensive test plans and test cases. Identify and prioritize areas for test automation and continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues, working closely with development teams to resolve defects in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in test automation and software development.
