What You'll Do:

• Own backend features end-to-end: discovery, design, implementation, rollout, and ongoing reliability.
• Design and evolve distributed systems with an eye toward performance, scalability, and resiliency.
• Build and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and ensure data reliability and quality.

What You Bring:

• 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience building backend systems.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills, plus experience with version control and CI/CD.
• Comfort using AI coding assistants and a growth mindset.
