Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant specialized in Credit Control & Sales Ledger Support to join our team as a Credit Controller.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing aged debt reports, clearing receipts from payments, and ensuring clients make timely payments. You will interact with clients via both phone and email to resolve outstanding invoices and obtain payment commitments.
The position requires a balance of strong communication skills and financial knowledge.
Key responsibilities include generating and reviewing aged debt reports, contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices, and negotiating payment commitments. Qualifications include experience in credit control, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
