This role involves consulting with clients to understand their cruise preferences, recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and stateroom categories. You will also book and manage cruise reservations, including excursions, dining, and onboard services, provide pre- and post-booking support including payment schedules, documentation, and FAQs. The position also requires you to monitor cruise line promotions and offers to match clients with the best value, collaborate with suppliers and customer support teams to resolve issues.
