SamCart is looking for a Sales Manager to run their Sales organization. This role involves expanding relationships with prospective and current customers, training Sales Representatives, and growing relationships with decision-makers. This person will be accountable for delivering the company's sales revenue goals and charged with coaching team members, improving close rates, implementing processes, and building a high-performing team as the sales organization scales. The Sales Manager will mentor, manage, and coach the sales team, hire, onboard, and ramp new team members as needed, develop sales enablement assets, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Implementation, and stakeholders. They will report to the VP of Strategic Customer Growth.
