Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the affiliate program, managing partner onboarding, communications, and campaign operations.
- Recruit new partners and grow relationships with existing ones to optimize performance and engagement.
- Analyze data for reporting and forecasting, providing insights to inform scaling strategies.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with PR, Product, Growth, and Brand teams to align affiliate efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Partner with marketing teams to surface insights, support campaigns, and identify timely opportunities.
- Stay current on affiliate trends and emerging partnership opportunities to drive innovation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bring 1-4 years of experience, including in Affiliate Marketing, preferably within DTC or subscription services.
- Possess a strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem and experience with platforms like Impact.
- Are proficient with analytics tools such as Looker or Google Analytics to analyze performance.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
