Help fuel the growth of small businesses by creating and maintaining Nav’s strategic affiliate partners! This role will serve as a relationship manager between Nav and its external business partners in the small business (B2B/B2C/B2B2C) space. You will be responsible for developing and executing against our affinity affiliate partnerships strategy enabling the growth of acquisition for Nav’s small business credit, education, financing and business services offerings while delivering best-in-class account management to our affiliate partners.

Manage a $12M+ annual paid search budget, driving profitable customer acquisition across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Develop and execute strategies to scale performance while maintaining efficiency across paid search, and support growth in other paid channels as needed. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across ad copy, creative, and landing pages to validate hypotheses and improve yield.
