Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and develop affiliate partnerships to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue.
Manage the full partner lifecycle from outreach to ongoing relationship management and optimization.
Analyze performance metrics like revenue, AOV, CAC, and ROI to optimize partner mix.

Qualifications:

4+ years in affiliate, partnership, or performance marketing in DTC, e-commerce, or beauty.
Strong understanding of commission structures, attribution, and partner negotiations.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with affiliate platforms like Impact, CJ, Rakuten, or Awin.

Benefits:

$105,000–$140,000 base salary plus performance bonus.
