Role Overview:
- Own and scale Quillbot's affiliate growth program end to end.
- Drive partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation across 2,000+ partners.
- Manage commercial terms, quality control, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs.
- Analyze performance metrics and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience in B2C subscription or consumer tech.
- Deep experience with affiliate platforms like Impact or PartnerStack.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose partner performance and optimize ROI.
