Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Manage partner relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize commission structures.
Analyze performance metrics and run structured tests to improve CAC and ROAS.

Qualifications:

Bring 5+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience in B2C subscription or consumer tech.
Demonstrate success recruiting and scaling affiliate networks using platforms like Impact or PartnerStack.
Collaborate effectively across remote cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
