Drive the technical vision and execution of our Data Discovery and Removal Automation Team, responsible for developing automation workflows and web crawlers at scale. Work closely with leadership to define strategy, mentor developers, and ensure technical excellence. Be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient automation solutions.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of business while driving adoption and retention and as well as acting as a point of escalation. The Customer Success Manager is the main point of contact for our enterprise customers and is responsible for coordinating, interacting, and working with cross-departmental teams to ensure customers realize their business outcomes with Optery. The individual in this role will build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through regular check-ins and proactively identify and address potential risks that may lead to churn.
