Contract Recruiter

Role:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex and niche roles across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and align on hiring needs.
• Provide high-touch candidate experience and improve recruiting workflows.

Engagement Details:

• Contract (1099) with initial duration of 3 months at 20-30 hours per week.
• Remote position requiring regular U.S. business hours across Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.
• Hourly rate ranges from $55 to $75; no company benefits as a contractor.

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups or agencies.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar sourcing and ATS platforms.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with strong communication skills.
