The Opportunity:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across Operations, Clinical Operations, and more.
- Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and play a key role in shaping teams.
Your Impact:
- Manage requisitions independently and build strong partnerships with hiring managers.

- Track, analyze, and share hiring metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Ashby required.
- Proven success recruiting across multiple corporate functions.
