Senior Machine Learning Manager - Ads Content Understanding

Reddit is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Manager to lead the Ads Content Understanding team. This team is responsible for designing, building, and selecting state-of-the-art techniques to deliver interpretable signals associated with Reddit's organic and business content. The team's work is central to Reddit's Ads Marketplace AI, Community Intelligence Engine, and Ads Insights capabilities, powering all Reddit Monetization products. The Senior Engineering Manager will coach, motivate, build, hire, and lead a world-class team of ML practitioners, experts, and engineers. They will coordinate and execute a vision for Commercial Content Understanding capabilities, foster data-informed decision-making, and facilitate collaboration across Content Understanding platforms within Reddit. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical directions.
