Shape Wispr Flow's growth strategy and product, playing a pivotal part in helping Flow reach hundreds of millions of people. Key responsibilities include developing product-led-growth initiatives, increasing conversion, thinking analytically and creatively about the wedge and funnel, launching multiple experiments per week, measuring impact, and leveraging analytics to refine onboarding, NUX, and activation. The role involves building growth features that drive activation, retention, organic network effects, PLG into enterprises and more.
