About the Role:
- Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial analysis, reporting, and strategic projects.
- Partner with the CFO and leadership on M&A, investor relations, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A workstreams including valuation, due diligence, and post-deal integration.
- Prepare investor and Board materials, and own budgeting, forecasting, and financial models.
- Implement AI-assisted tools and define KPIs to drive business performance.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in corporate development, investment banking, FP&A, ideally in tech/media.
- Advanced financial modeling, US GAAP, and hands-on M&A experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, AI/LLM tools, and modern BI suites.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $145,000 - $180,000 per year.
