Staff Visual Designer

As a Staff Visual Designer at Vanta, you will lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments. You will maintain a close connection with our creative and brand team to create a seamless brand product customer experience. Additionally, you will identify and lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact and enhance the influence of the Design organization by working openly, sharing customer insights, communicating design solutions, and improving the ways we work. You'll also mentor other designers and contribute to and refine our design system to ensure it aligns with strategic goals.
