Transaction Monitoring Manager

Elevate compliance capabilities and innovate how risk is detected and responded to. This role is not for traditional alert reviewers — a fast, automation-minded leader who understands alert logic, data signals, risk tuning, and tooling is needed. You’ll oversee the end-to-end monitoring lifecycle, leading a remote team across time zones while ensuring AML controls scale alongside growth. You’ll be a key player in evolving Airtm’s monitoring infrastructure from manual review to automated logic and risk-based prioritization. In this role you will lead a high-performing team of TM analysts, managing workflows, quality, and case escalations; optimize and tune TM rules across fiat and crypto use cases, with focus on alert quality and false positive reduction; collaborate with Fraud, Product, and Data teams to design smarter, automated alerting mechanisms; and own TM reporting, KPIs, and SLA tracking while improving audit-readiness and system documentation.
