Job Description
As the Email Marketing Manager at Superpower, you will own lifecycle communications for members and leads. You will build, launch, monitor, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows across the customer journey, manage lists and segments with precision, ensuring deliverability and audience relevance and set up triggers, conditional splits, and advanced personalization within Klaviyo. You will generate and interpret analytics reports, tracking performance and surfacing insights for continuous improvement, partner with creative and content teams to refine messaging and design and explore and expand into SMS marketing campaigns to complement email efforts. You will also leverage integrations and tools like Zapier, Windmill, and Kustomer to streamline workflows and scale campaigns.
