About the Role:
- You will be the second designer on a cross-functional team focusing on growth initiatives like activation and onboarding.
- You will work with Product, UX Research, and Engineering to deliver minimum-viable solutions for testing hypotheses.
- This role reports to the Product Design Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and propose product changes to drive growth metrics.
- Participate in the experimentation lifecycle, iterating based on feedback.
- Uphold high quality standards while balancing speed and permanence.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of product design experience, ideally in growth or onboarding.
- Experience with A/B testing and behavioral analytics tools like Amplitude.
- Skilled in balancing speed and quality in distributed environments.
