Lead Product Designer, Growth

Accountabilities:

• Own growth-focused product experiences end-to-end, including signup, deposits, onboarding, first-session experiences, rewards, tiers, challenges, races, lifecycle communications, and re-engagement.
• Frame player and user problems, develop behavioral hypotheses, design interventions, and evaluate whether those experiences deliver measurable improvements.
• Create product variants for experimentation and collaborate with data science to interpret results.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional product design experience, primarily consumer products, including high-growth startup environment.
• Proven growth-design experience with measurable improvements in activation, conversion, retention, or monetization.
• Genuine interest in iGaming, with professional or personal experience across casino, sportsbook, or poker products.
