Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI execution.
Define and execute design strategies that align with business objectives and user needs.
Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate and refine design solutions.

What you need to succeed:

3+ years in a senior product design role with a strong focus on UX and demonstrated ability to lead impactful projects.
Mastery of visual design, typography, grids, layout, and color theory, plus expertise in interaction design and information architecture.
Deep understanding of designing for mobile and web platforms, and experience with UX analytics tools and motion design tools.
