About the Role:
- Lead the design team while remaining hands-on in product design.
- Own end-to-end design for global payroll, compliance, and HRMS modules.
- Build and maintain the ListoGlobal design system in Figma.
Responsibilities:
- Lead user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality features.
- Set and uphold design standards and accessibility practices.
Qualifications:
- Expert Figma proficiency with design system management.
- Proven experience in complex enterprise or fintech interfaces.
- Strong communication and self-direction in a remote environment.
