About the Role:
- As our Product Designer, you will own the day-to-day design execution across consumer and patient experiences.
- You will work closely with product leadership and engineers from problem definition through implementation and launch.
What You'll Own:
- Design intuitive, polished experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, elegant design solutions.
- Own the architecture and maintenance of our shared Figma design system.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with outstanding visual and interaction design skills.
- Experience building scalable Figma design systems and delivering measurable customer impact.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup with strong communication skills.
