Own the discovery process: plan and run user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys and data analysis.
Define what's worth researching and choose the right method for each problem.
Synthesize findings into actionable design opportunities and shape the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically consistent interfaces for web applications.
Own design work from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
Partner with engineers during implementation to maintain design quality and fidelity.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
Hands-on experience leading UX research end-to-end.
Fluency across qualitative and quantitative methods with good judgment about which to use.
