Lead the design strategy, vision, and execution of end-to-end product experiences, taking features from early concept through to polished release and iteration.
Partner with PMs, engineers, and subject matter experts to shape feature direction, product architecture, and strategic design decisions.
Align on discovery efforts, lead generative research plans, run user interviews, and translate complex compliance and risk insights into clear product opportunities.

What will you bring?:

5+ years of commercial product design experience with a proven track record of shipping simple, intuitive user experiences.
Strong craft in interaction and visual design, demonstrated through a portfolio that balances visual polish with sharp problem framing.
Proactive, low-ego team player who communicates clearly and thrives in a remote, cross-functional environment.
