Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user and stakeholder discovery to gather insights and translate feedback into design decisions.
- Define user journeys, use cases, and interaction models for complex B2B web applications.
- Create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and iterate based on feedback and technical constraints.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years of professional UX or Product Design experience, ideally in B2B enterprise software.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping tools like Claude.
- Solid understanding of accessibility principles and WCAG standards.
