UX Designer – Enterprise Platform (Contract)

About the Role:

• Lead UX discovery and heuristic analysis of the current system.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.
• Design and iterate on wireframes, interaction patterns, and clickable Figma prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve complex interaction problems for data-dense enterprise applications.
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity.
• Define and run usability testing with metrics like task success rate and error rate.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX design experience with complex internal tools or enterprise software.
• Deep fluency in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and engineers and defend design decisions.
