Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex software applications combining user research, interaction design, and visual design.
Work closely with project leadership, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective designs.
Improve usability, increase user adoption, and enhance overall product effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research activities including stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing.
Create design artifacts such as user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with engineers and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure accurate implementation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or human-centered design.
Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
