About this role:
- You will shape how users experience products and set the design bar for your Squad.
- You own the design of real products, moving between discovery, prototyping, and execution.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the primary design voice for your Squad, partnering with clients.
- Lead end-to-end design from discovery through delivery.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong command of Figma and modern design tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to clients.
