The Customer Success team is expanding and requires a Director of Customer Success to join the high-performing team to manage and lead the APAC Customer Success team, reporting to the Global VP. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing strategies, driving account expansion, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The director will coach the team, maintain knowledge of customer business, and prepare executive summaries.
