As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and driving UpGuard’s product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features and address customer problems. You will define and own the strategic vision and roadmap for key areas of the UpGuard platform, guiding initiatives from discovery through delivery while ensuring long-term impact and alignment with business goals.

Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure they understand how best to use UpGuard effectively to meet their goals. Provide resources to customers, including success plans, customer-specific training sessions and organize regular check in calls. Engage customers early and frequently, to help them get the most out of UpGuard from day one and continue to drive engagement. Translate customer’s requirements by understanding their risk management frameworks to offer a tailored solution.

As a Sales Engineer at UpGuard, you will be the central technical point of contact for customers progressing through our sales funnel, enabling our Account Executives and ensuring our customers have a world-class experience. You will support prospects during trials/proof of concepts (POC) of the platform, identify prospect pain points, and assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases. This involves improving the trial/POC experience and developing solutions to mitigate issues.
