What You'll Do:
- Onboard and manage UpGuard customers to ensure effective use of the platform.
- Provide resources such as success plans, training, and regular check-ins.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions using UpGuard technology.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management.
- Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
