About the Role:
- Own the engineering behind eligibility processing, identity and access, and the client configuration platform.
- Lead ambitious projects with cross-functional partners to deliver a cohesive adaptive care experience.
- Quickly ramp up and contribute to critical roadmap development within 30 days.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain GraphQL APIs powered by Python services and implement web/mobile experiences using React & React Native.
- Write and execute technical plans for large, ambiguous projects, negotiating scope with product.
- Participate in on-call, drive investigation, and process improvements from recurring issues.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in full-stack web development using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and React.
- Demonstrated high ownership and ability to decompose ambiguous problems into technical strategies.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading large-scale projects as a technical thought leader.
