AI Process Engineer

About the Role:

• As an AI Process Engineer at MuttData's HABIT unit, you will co-facilitate diagnostic workshops and lead process mapping to help clients deploy production-ready AI agents in under 60 days.
• You will work with mid-to-large enterprises across LATAM, primarily in retail, distribution, logistics, financial services, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Co-facilitate diagnostic workshops with prospective clients alongside the CEO to map processes and build impact baselines.
• Lead the AS-IS process mapping block and build business cases for VAP proposals.
• Manage delivery cadence and build standard templates for facilitation and scoping.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in process consulting, operations, or digital transformation with direct client exposure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with genuine daily use of AI tools like LLMs and generative AI.
• Comfortable in ambiguous early-stage environments and willing to travel up to once per month.
