Job Description
As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will act as the main point of contact for project delivery—working directly with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive implementation. Translate customer needs into actionable technical plans, keeping timelines, scope, and quality in check. Collaborate across engineering, support, client success, and services to deliver custom solutions that solve unique business problems. Handle technical configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting, particularly using SQL, APIs, and EDI standards. Proactively manage scope changes, budgets, and project documentation like Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests. Track and communicate status, risks, and deliverables with clarity and confidence. Work in a remote-first, fast-paced environment that values ownership, transparency, and practical problem-solving.
