As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will verify and process system invoices, manage payment files, and execute check generation jobs. Essential duties include creating month-end reports, resolving issues, and ensuring timely responses to queries. You will provide excellent customer service to stakeholders, define and update company policies, and help develop new employees. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, AP experience, and experience with automated invoice systems like Basware. Experience in SAGE is preferred.
