Job Description

Customer Interaction:

  • Professionally manage customer inquiries and hotel reservations.
  • Pursue optimal offers and options proximate to the Haram.
  • Convert inquiries into successful bookings using persuasive skills.

Reservation Management:

  • Coordinate seamlessly with hotels and suppliers in order to finalize bookings.
  • Methodically track booking requests and resolve any booking-related problems.
  • Skillfully utilize reservation systems and travel platforms.

Required Skills/Qualities:

  • Fluent in Saudi dialect (preferred).
  • Experience in hotel reservations or travel/tourism.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
