Job Description
Customer Interaction:
- Professionally manage customer inquiries and hotel reservations.
- Pursue optimal offers and options proximate to the Haram.
- Convert inquiries into successful bookings using persuasive skills.
Reservation Management:
- Coordinate seamlessly with hotels and suppliers in order to finalize bookings.
- Methodically track booking requests and resolve any booking-related problems.
- Skillfully utilize reservation systems and travel platforms.
Required Skills/Qualities:
- Fluent in Saudi dialect (preferred).
- Experience in hotel reservations or travel/tourism.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
