Senior Data & Analytics Manager, Brazil

The Data & Analytics Manager will lead the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to implementation and optimization. Responsibilities include managing data from generation to ETL pipelines, understanding data best practices like governance, modeling, quality, and security. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements, defining strategic roadmaps through PDCAs, and leading the adoption of AI to accelerate team performance. The manager will also support cross-functional teams, prospect business opportunities, and communicate effectively with technical, business, and executive audiences. They need experience with agile methodologies, data architecture patterns (Data Mesh, Data Fabric), Big Data, Data Lake, and cloud provider data products, especially Microsoft Azure, and a proficiency in tools like Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Tableau, and PowerBI.
