What You'll Do:
- Provide outpatient therapy services remotely from your own home.
- Manage a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends and choose between two shift options.
- Use technology, including telehealth software, to deliver care and collaborate with clients.
What We Offer:
- $60k-63k base salary with an incentivized bonus pay structure.
- Comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and liability insurance.
- Annual stipend for growth and education plus additional pay for bilingual Spanish speakers.
Requirements:
- Master's level degree and licensure with knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse.
- Unrestricted US work authorization and a private home workspace for HIPAA compliance.
- Fluency in English; Spanish and other languages are a plus.
