Risk Operation Specialist - Transaction Monitoring (EST timezone)

Binance's Risk team needs a Risk Operation Specialist to implement effective Risk strategies to protect the Binance platform and its users. This role involves working through fraudulent alerts, email alerts, SMS alerts, and service requests to determine the fraudulent nature of recent account activity. Investigations are completed using multiple resources, including customer contact, account activity reviews, account rating, phone matches, and IP searches. Risk Operations Agents are customer-oriented and strive to provide a better understanding of account processes to customers. They also educate customers on maintaining security and preventing losses for both the account and its customers. The role involves reviewing documentation, analyzing data, and promptly determining whether to verify the authenticity of transactions and/or activities. Communication with customers may be required to gather additional information and notify them of decisions.
