Job Description
Modeling and Coordination:
- Lead the creation of advanced Revit BIM models for dry utilities, including power, telecommunications, and gas networks.
- Ensure seamless integration of dry utility systems within federated, multi-discipline BIM models.
- Manage clash detection and model coordination using tools such as Navisworks.
Standards and Quality Control:
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and modeling protocols.
- Perform detailed model audits and quality checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client standards.
- Continuously review and enhance BIM standards to reflect evolving project needs.
Leadership and Mentoring:
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior BIM specialists and design team numbers.
- Support capability development through training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.
- Promote a collaborative, quality-driven BIM culture within the team.
